If I sell or buy real estate and am an agent with a brokerage firm can I incorporate and what are the advantages?

Incorporating and being a real estate agent are two different things. Incorporation can be beneficial since your liability for the office business, e.g. debts of opening the office, computers and equipment, will not be a personal liability to you. My thought is that if you're opening up an office, definitely incorporate! Good luck!
