Re-Finance w/ POA

Should there be any problems re-financing using a POA? The grantor is currently out of town and had already started the process of refinancing. Now with him out of town, i need to complete/sign the remaining documents. SHould this have any effect on the re-fi going through?

I am assuming you mean power of attorney? Validly executed with the proper authorizations checked?
