Hi, I am a permanent resident for 15 years ago (1994), in 2003 I was charged with a misdemeanor Shoplifting,Petit Theft (M2)(to sections 812.014(1), 812.014(3)(a), Florida Statutes). It is my first offense and had 6 months probation with no jail time; is completing a diversion (probation) program; After this My case has subject to automatic dismissal. I have travelled A several times out of the United State after this incident and never an Immigration officials asked on this incident.
Now from January 18, 2009, US-VISIT will apply to all permanent residents entering or exiting from an air or seaport. Permanent residents entering through land ports of entry will be required to provide fingerprints. This month I was planning on leaving the US for a visit in another country.

My Questions are:
- I would like to know that will I have any problem with the customs at the airport because of my arrested record history? And they will I be denied re-entry at the usa port?

- How can to know if my record was really dismissal?

Thanks a lot for your help in advance
