Consumer Law, Warranties Quoted wrong price for a hotel. Am I legally obligated to honor it know?

I'm a reservation agent and have quoted a wrong rate by mistake when responding to email inquiry. Now the lady wants me to honor her this price saying that the quote was a legal agreement because it was in writting.

Check with your employer but I suspect the customer is correct
