Quiz Mobile App Based on TV Programme

I'm looking at creating a mobile trivia quiz app based on a TV series, and charging money for that app. Where do I stand with using the movie logo in the app? Sound effects? and would I legally be allowed to sell the app as it's based on the TV show? Thanks.
