I am purchasing a townhouse in Chatham County, Georgia with my brother. We are on the loan and the title together. My wife and I have not been together for over ten yrs and she is no where on any paperwork. My question is do I need to have the estranged, hostile, wife in Michigan sign a quit claim to protect our interests on the house when we finally divorce?
