In CA mobile home parks can management enter rented space without giving notice? If so how can renter of the space get their "quiet enjoyment"? The CA MRL FAQ compilation by the CA Senate Select Committee on Manufactured Homes and Communities #56 says they DON'T have to give notice.

What do you mean enter rented space? What does your lot agreement say about it?
