I went through a two year custody battle, that was drug out by father with lies over and over. I was able to prove every single lie he said. And in the end I won, but it ended up costing me alot in lawyer fees. He also made false statements to friends and family. It has ruined my reputation. We're now going through a divorce and it's the same exact thing. Lying and dragging out. What are my rights and what kind of action can I take?
