I am representing myself in court have a 2 questions: 1) When referring to myself (especially in cross-examination), how should it be done? 2) Can I ask my accuser what evidence he has that I commited this offense in cross-examination? Thank-you

2) Can I ask my accuser what evidence he has that I commited this offense in cross-examination?
