Hi,
I have a question about the speed ticket. I got a speed ticked in WA.
I was driving down the hill around 45 to 50 MPH, the MAX speed for that part of the street was 30MPH. I was thinking that the MAX speed there was 40MPH.

I was above 40MPH because I was distracted looking around for animals that can cross the screet and, because of the hill the speed can increase really fast.

Ok, the ticket that I got have the following information:

VEHICLE SPEED 36+ IN A 25 ZONE.
and on the next line: ACTUAL SPEED 50

What the 36+ and 25 means? That was a 30MPH zone, is the number 25 wrong?
Why the cop wrote 36+?

This is my first ticket, I dont know if I can use this in the court to cancel this ticket.

Thanks!
