Question about Parody Fair Use Trademark

So, I am the owner of a small sports fan website, unfortunately it is the Cleveland Browns :(. What I would like to do is design a cartoon character that is doing something along the lines of stomping on, spitting on, or throwing up against a wall the other team's logos.

Does this violate any Trademarks of the professional sports teams?
Is this what is meant by "Parody" in the fair use clause?

These will by no means be sold, but instead just available for my website users to view on my site and share via social media.

Thanks in advance!

If you do as described, I'd see no problem with your idea.
However, I'm not an NFL owner, or the NFL Commish. LOL
Good luck.

Am I on the right track with this thinking:
The fair use allows you to use the logos as long as you are not portraying that your are that company, or team in this instance?

That's part if it, but its far more complicated.
To know for sure, I suggest you consult an attorney near you.
This is your business, so see an attorney, discuss your concerns, ask for a written legal opinion.
That's 100% protection if you are sued.
