Hi all, my sister and I have been left a house in a friends will. We are not interested in renting, and the market for selling is real bad right now. How would we go about putting this house up for bids? Is there any advice as to what we would need to do, and any legal issues we should be worried about? I have never had to handle any of this type of issues before and am a real novice. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks Yvonne
