I recently recieved a notice from the NJ electrical utility PSE&G stating that they had incorrectly estimated my past 5 years bills and that I now owed them several thousand dollarts in back billing. Is there a statute of limitations on this?
Their claim is that they were somehow unable to get into my house for 5 years having tried during each of those 60 months which is simply not true. Any suggesitons on how to pursue this legally?
