This guy called me 10 year old son an asshole. I followed him to his car and asked him why he called my son an asshole. He got in my face and said he wasn't talking to my son. I told him that he had 3 seconds to step back. I said one... and he kneed me I pushed him against a truck and then put him in a head lock when I heard from behind me "police" I released him and turned with my hands up and got tased. I was arrested for mistermeanor pubic affray and resisting an officer. what kind of sentence should I expect this is my second arrest. the other arrest was for possession of pot 7 years ago, less than 3 grams. I live in New Mexico.
