In August of 2004 I was convicted of providing alcohol to a minor ( he was 20 and is now in the Navy, so his record is clean..). This is a first time offence. I have never been introuble for any thing. I did the community service and the Impact Weekend Seminar and paid the fines.
How/When can I get this expunged from my record? I am going to school to be a High School English teacher and I know the state will not give me a lisence if they see this.
Also, would this still be visable on my record if I moved from Michigan to another state?
