I was wondering what are or where I can find what laws and ordinances describe what constitutes prostution and/or lewd acts for the counties of Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco in Florida.

So where do you go if the city/state codes are not readily available? I've gone into the City of Chicago website and posted this same question. I came up empty. I've got to find a way to stop these people. They acosted my grandson on Friday morning on his way to school!
