i am asking you regarding a friend who's prosecuted for shoplifting. I was wondering what is going to happen to this friend of mine. My friend is around the age of 18-25. This is the first time my friend is being charge for a crime. As a friend, I am really worried what is going to happen to my friend. Please tell me what i should do as a friend and what is going to happen to my friend. what kind of fine and/or punishment will my friend be faced with? Will she be sentence to jail? what excaltly is going to happen to my friend? i really feel so useless if i can't do anything, but all i can do is worry. can you give me some advice on what i should do and tell my friend what my friend should expect?
