I am 50/50 partner with a person, it is a rental business. My partner is renting my signs under another business name. I am stonewalled from any customers or money from this business. Can I remove the signs from location to obtain my portion of the property of the LLC? I am obligated to pay half the debt in this business but have no income from it .
