Property insurance release?

Firstly, if this isn't in the right forum, I apologize.
We own a mobile home on a rented lot. We recently moved. The landlord says we can't scrap it on his property because of insurance, which I understand. However, now he won't even let me take my kitchen cabinets (which he knew we were doing) out of [/I]my[/I] trailer. We were going to give it to my brother in law to scrap but it would cost more to get someone to move it to his house than what he would actually get out of it, but they really need the money because they've been keeping our kids for us. So here are my questions:
1) Is it possible to get a release from his insurance company so that we can just scrap it there?
2) If so, Is he required to give it to us if we ask?
3) When we ask him for a release and he tries to say his ins. company doesn't do that, can we tell him we want that in writing from the company? (I ask this because he is the type that would lie so that he can turn around and scrap it for himself)
Your help is greatly appreciated!
Thank you so much for reading!
