There is an existing easement on property purchased last year. Both landowners at the time each gave 30 feet on each side of property line that goes down center of the drive leading to my house. What is required to void easement. Owner of other property said he would void the easement if he sold his property and now has refused. The closing of his sale is in a few weeks with new buyers.
