The Dept. Of Transportation contracted Penn Line to trim trees along their right away. Penn Line came onto my property without my knowledge or permission, trimed and cut down a total of 36 trees ranging small to large. Thay notified most of the other property owners but failed to notify me. They claim the State has a right away of 16 1/2 feet from center of road. Penn line went beyond that distance and cut the trees down. Are there any actions that I can take agaisnt Penn Line to receive compensation for my tress?
