My bank is telling me that they do not have the contract/prommissary notes on either of my cars that i currently have. What rights do i have if i stop paying them. W/out these forms other than the titles the bank cant produce evidence of the debt. Can i dispute the levidity of the debt w/ the credit bureaus or make the bank produce a signed contract. Can i make them take the cars and refund all payments paid into these loans that are under my name...What options do i have please help me with this.
