My friend was charged with Agg. Vehicular Homicide 2903.06 last year. And was charged to house arrest for 90 days to obtain GED, restitution and obtain employment. He was just violated on 10-10-08 for violating by not having a job and hasn't had one. He just started a job this week. and has a court hearing scheduled next week. What can happen?

Anything, Sorry to say. I am sort of going through the same thing with my Fiancee. It all depends on the mood the judge is in. That's was my conclusion with my fiance's case. Just research the violation in your state to see the worst that can happen. Just tell your friend to stay strong and think positive and hopefully everything works out for him/her.
