Me and My friends were confronted by the police the other day and one of my friends had some marijuana on him and he got a possession charge. The question I would like to ask is that we live in a some what small town and the officer who was there and gave him the charge is now running around and telling everyone within sight, I was just wondering if there is some law against that and if there is what's the ruling on that? If you could help that would be greatly appreciated.
