2 Days ago, my grandmothers boygriend told me that his daughter had puppies to give away. I've been looking for a certain kind. I drove to her home with my grandmother and him, His daughter let me pick one from the litter. I brought it home, got attatched to it, fell in love, then tonight she had her son come to my house at 11:30pm and steal my dog back. There was no good Reason, He just told me she wanted him back and was freaking out had to take valiums to calm down. This is NOT FAIR, tomorrow im going to the courthouse, but I'd like to know how this will stand in court, I want my dog back, there was a verbal agreement between us that he was mine, and if I EVER WANTED to give him up, to just bring him back to her. I did NOT want to give him up. SHE HAD A MAN STEAL HIM OFF MY PROPERTY!! I became very close to "Max" and I've cried all night now I can't sleep. What can i DO ABOUT THIS????????
