Can a PFJ only be used for speeding, or does it apply to any moving violation? I just got a ticket for "failure to reduce speed or change lanes away from the emergency vehicle on a multi-lane highway". Of course, had I changed lanes or slowed any more than I did, I would have caused an accident....
