prayer for judgement ?????

I got a ticket for not come to a complete stop at a stop sign can I use a prayer for judgement for that in the state for North Carolina?? If so do I need a lawyer or can I just go to the DA?? Thank You.

If you have a NC license you can use your PFJ. Go in and talk to the DA.

What do you mean "use a prayer for judgement". You better find out who is prosecuting the case. I doubt the "DA" is going to be there. You may look into the local city/county shyster and see if they are doing the case. You'll know when you get to court. YOu could call the clerk of court and ask too.


You will get a judgement alright, when you go to court and the judge says "guilty".
