If convicted this will go on you record as a class 2 misdemeanor. You really need a lawyer if you can't afford to loose your licence for 30 days and don't want your insurance to more than double.
A good laywer can negotiate this down to a 74 in a 65 (no insurance points) , you might be able to yourself depending on the court and if you can handle youself well in front of a judge.
