I received a speeding ticket in Randolph county, NC . The officer indicated I was clocked at 52 in a 35mph zone, however on the ticket he wrote " Exceeding the posted speed of 35mph in a 35mph zone" . I have had no other tickets or violations against my record in the last six years. Can a prayer for judgement plea be used in this case and if yes how do I utilize it ?
