I just got a speeding ticket this morning 51 in 35. I have not gotten a ticket in probably over 5 years. I moved to NC about 4 years ago and someone told me about this "Prayer for Judgement" what exactly is it? Do I need to see the DA before my court date? Or talk to the DA/Judge on the day I am to be in court? Is this something that I need an attorney?
