i was involved in a solo cras, vehicle flipped on side after slipping on snow/ice. no injuries, police responded but no report was taken, they asked me to have tow truck pick it up asap, which was done. after i went home and downed a couploe of scotches but then my family insisted i go to hospital to ensure no internal head trauma. the er doc listed my diagnoses as acute alcohol intake, with a .10 bac, approx 5 hours after accident! do i need an atty to complete the insurance info now?
