Harassment, Stalking, Misconduct Possible punishment for Disorderly Conduct Charge

I was recently sent a notice of hearing with the Magistrates Office for Disorderly Conduct S 18 5503 A4

I was appearantly observed urinating in public. I was intoxicated and don't remember much, but I do believe I did it.

I never signed anything nor was arrested that night. Should I fight it?

And, what are the possible outcomes?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Possible outcomes: Guilty with fine, Not Guilty without. I know, you knew that. I'm not sure what your question really is. Most likely you can just go pay the fine. It's a nothing charge that carries a fine and no real record. Show up and just plead not guilty and see if they have enough to convict you.

A lot depends on your geography. Also, if you have a previous record.

You might end up with probation, etc.

My guess is that you were too drunk to sign anything... or maybe you don't remember signing?

You will pay a fine. It won't go much further than that... except for a bit of embarrassment in the court room.
