It is my understanding that in michigan if you are convicted of any drug charge that you lose your license for 30 days in michigan. I have been charged with possession. I am a salesman who has to drive for work.I'm 36 years old with a wife and 2 kids, I've never been in trouble for anything before and have always held a good job. Is their anything I could work out with the prosecutor so that I don't lose my license and probably my job?
