Hi! Looking for a bit of advice. My friend was arrested for dui. I had two vicodin in his truck. I told the office about them then received a citation for PCS SCHEDULE 3 which I believe is a class a misdemeanor. I didn't have a valid prescription for the pills.
This is my first offense and I'm at a lost for what to do. I'd like to try and get it reduced to a violation. Hopefully there is a diversion plan or something similar.
Does anyone have any advice. I have never gotten into trouble and scared and clueless about what to do.
