I noticed that very often when I read your questions you do not mention in what state the matter originates on which you base your question. Remember that the law in the United States differs from state to state, so it can be very important to know on what state law your matter is based on.
The same goes for questions which pertain to Canadian or other foreign countries' laws. Today there was a very long posting which only at the end mentioned that it was concerning a Canadian matter.
It makes things easier for everyone when you "state the state" right upfront.
