I purchased a warranty for my car in feburary, I paid $3950.00 for the warranty. I had an air conditioner part go out and had to have it repaired. The insurance company told both me and the dealer that I did not have a warranty even while searching by VIN Contract Number and Name. The repair was over $400.00 and the rental car was $105.00. I have contacted the rep and asked him to fax me the cancellation form so that I can get my money back on the warranty. After calling him daily since I found out that the warranty was not valid he has stopped answering my calls I have left multiple voicemail messages with no response. I need to know what I have to do to get my money back and if possible covered for the cost of the repair if possible. Also, would this classify as a breech of contract? If so what would I be able to sue for other than the price of the warranty and legal fees?

Sue the bad people in small claims for the dollar amount of the actual and direct damages you suffered.
