hi i have lived in my apartment for 6 months and signed a 2 year lease the day i moved in. i came home today to find a sherriff sale notice posted on the property and i dont know what to do? do i need to move out or do i wait and see who buys it and see if the will honnor my lease school is about to start and i have 2 kids? please help we live in scranton pa
