i recently financed a car from a dealership and about a week after the deal went through the dealer asked me to bring the car back to his lot. he told me he needed to do some things to the car and gave me a loaner, this was almost three months ago and i still do not have the car back. my car insurance is up to date and i have not missed any payments to the bank. i want my car back but the dealer keeps giving me the run around. what are my rights?
