Hello, people. :cheer:

Welcome to this great and helpful site.

Forum participants, please do not seek specific legal guidance.

Only YOUR attorney can provide you SPECIFIC legal advice.

We are volunteers.

We enjoy interacting with people and offering them ideas and suggestions.

We hope they cogitate on those ideas and seek SPECIFIC legal advice for their individual situation.

Some of us are attorneys, some of us are experts in an area that is of concern to you, and others of us are people that have been in situations similar to yours.

We are NOT your attorney.

We can not establish an attorney/client relationship.

In fact, we don't want to establish that relationship.

We want to set your mind at ease (as much as possible), provide you with tools that you can use to better understand your dilemma, and point you in a direction to resolve your situation.

We don't have (nor do we want) enough detail to provide you with a SPECIFIC and
PRECISE answer to your situation/dilemma.

You wouldn't seek an answer (and a treatement regimen) to rectal bleeding, skin lesions, hair loss, skin rashes, ar any other medical problem; and then begin treating that condition based upon information derived over the internet.

Do not address your legal situation this way, either.

Our ideas, points of cogitation, research sites, or law cites are not meant to be the definitive answer to your problem.

The BEST answer to a specific legal problem is from YOUR own attorney.

Not the attorney that represents the selller of a home you are contemplating to purchase, the spouse that now desires to divorce you, the prosecuting attorney that is charging you with seven felonies, the police officer (or detective) that arrested you, your indicted co-conspirator, or ar anyone else; other than the attorney YOU HAVE RETAINED to represent you.

Yes, lawyers can be expensive.

But, bad advice, partial advice, or incorrect advice can be far worse for YOU!

So, take the information that we dispense in good faith with not a grain of salt, but a 50 pound bag of rock salt!

Take it and seek verification by the attorney you retain to represent you.

If you desire to be a pro se litigant, that is your legal right.

It is also YOUR resposnibility to do your research and file your own pleadings.

We will try to help, but can't do your work for you.

Good luck, and remember; "TRUST, BUT VERIFY"!

It is your life and future that might be at stake here, be wary and careful!

:bye:
