I have court tomorrow for a P.I. and I was wondering what the penalty is if you have two previous diversion agreements. One for minor consumption and one for writing a bad check.

It is impossible to know what penalties may be assessed without knowing what crime you were charged and in what state. Since this post is a little late... perhaps you can let us know what the answer was!
