a debt collector repeatedly called me even after i told them they had the wrong number.
while doing this they also made several violations (i.e. did not declare who they were, calling after 9pm my time, and so on). Being that i am not the person the collector was trying to reach do i have any grounds to sue them for harassment and if so could someone please explain to me the difference between "violation" and "action" in context of the FDCPA
