It seems strange that I wasn't arrested after being detained by the loss prevention people (after reading so many of these other posts). I was told I'd be getting a letter in the mail regarding a court date...nothing yet. I did contact an attorney and she said I don't have much to worry about until or IF I get something in the mail. Anyone have experience in this or have any ideas? Is it possible that the DA will not press charges?
