16 yrs. ago i pleaded "no contest" for petty theft. i was arrested last week for petty again. what can i expect? anything i should do? state of california
They will have your record when they go to court but if that is the only trouble you have been in for 16 years it will have little impact on your case. Tell your attorney about it, but it shouldn't really affect you.
