I live in an apartment where some of my neighbors have pets. Small dogs and big dogs. They have lived here for years. When I first moved in the lease the we sign stated a no pets clause. I have lived here 2 years now. Can the manager/owner deny my request to have a dog in my apartment? I live in Los Angeles - California. Thank you in advance.
