Purchase & Sale pest control business

I worked for a pest control business for about 8 years, never signed any contracts or no compete anything, recently quit and started my own company, now I got a letter in the mail telling me to cease my operation because of some trade laws I broke, any advice???

Yes, speak with a lawyer. You might need some guidance on opening such a business, so Google "pest control companies YOUR STATE", to learn what setting up such a business requires. You need a state license,perhaps pass a test in some states, pay some money, get a bond, etc..

Opening a pest control business requires lots of regulations to be obeyed.
