I am planning on forming an LLC 50/50 with one partner in approximately 2-3 months. I am in the process of a divorce, nearly final, I have personal debt and the marital house in the process of foreclosure.
I was told that my bankruptcy would be very simple... If I wait and file personal bankruptcy after the LLC is formed will it affect/complicate my bankruptcy?
Should I file before going in to the LLC?
