Is it legal for a business in Ohio to use a PO Box in New Jersey to accept payments - where someone can grab the checks, stamp, and then deposit?
I have been told without a physical office this is illegal - and just seemed silly.
This would be my father-in-law grabbing the payments and doing the deposit.
In short - Bank has excellent rate of return and - no local Ohio branches.
