paying child support during 6 week stay?

Does anyone know if you are required to pay child support if the children stay with you 6 weeks of their summer vacation? This is in Indiana?? IF the kids are with the noncustodial parents for 6 weeks in the summer, do we have to pay support during those 6 weeks?

Indiana just recently changed their child support guidelines as of Jan. 2004. You'll have to take them back to court to have it changed. If not all ready in your papers. You will only get 50% abatement of each week. Go to www.accessindiana.com for child support guidelines. They have all the changes there.
