I suppose to pay her at closing $100,000 as specified in the martial settlement agreement. I want to put that $100,000 on the HUD statement, I don't want to pay her $100,000 from my profit after the close. Via HUD, in effect, I only pay her $50,000. What's the best approach to accomplish this.
