I am in the process of starting up a new business and i have been contacted by another company advising that they are using a similar name and have asked me not to use the 1 i have decided on. The business name they have is pawfessional touch dog walking and are based in a completely different area of scotland from myself. My name is going to be pawfessional walkies. Do they have any right to ask me not to use this name?
